The Database Administrator III is responsible for designing and creating SQL tables, unstructured data systems, and data transmission interfaces for the interconnecting system associated with the prototype.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Ensure security measures by managing user access and backups and by implementing instance tuning and security controls to safeguard the data management system(s)

• Collaborates closely with Software Development Teams to support their needs

• Provide planning and guidance to the Database Administration Team, reviewing work products and results to ensure quality and consistency

• Collaborate with other Database Administrator IIIs

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order

• 9 years of experience in position-relevant tasks

• Willing to work on-site in Ft. Meade, MD

• TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vendor tool certifications (e.g., Oracle, Mongo)
